The Salon: Vol. 5

  • StudioLAB RD 1670 Wisconsin Avenue Northwest Washington, DC, 20007 United States (map)

What do the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery Director, Kim Sajet, and recent Chair of Smithsonian's Hirshhorn Museum Board, Dan Sallick, have in common? They both think deeply about timeless, big questions like what it means to be human and how we want to live.

Join us for our next Salon on April 23 at 6:30pm in the magical setting of StudioLab RD, a unique art gallery-creative hub nestled in one of the historic row houses of Georgetown, Washington DC.

Created and moderated by StudioLab RD founder, proprietor, and artist Robin Davisson, this Salon Series is a continuation of her efforts to build community and connection in Washington, DC and beyond through intimate, searching conversation.

With a unique alchemy of thoughtfully curated guests/topics, a warm and low-key setting perfect for people to really listen to each other, and un-fussy food/drink, this Salon promises to be stirring, spirited and surprising. We hope you'll join us!

Guests:

  • Kim Sajet — Director of Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery

  • Dan Sallick — Recent Chair of Smithsonian's Hirshhorn Museum Board
